What to include
- Corrections. If a date, week number, or rule on any page looks wrong, send the URL, the value you saw, and the value you expected. The faster the repro, the faster the fix.
- Technical questions. For questions about the ISO 8601 calculations behind the tools, include a sample date and the browser you tested in.
- Guide suggestions. Topics inside the site's scope — week numbers, calendars, week-based planning — are most likely to be picked up.
- Privacy and ad-related requests. Privacy questions, opt-out requests, and data inquiries are handled at the same address. Useful background is in the privacy policy and cookie policy.
Response times
WeekYear is an independent project, not a staffed support desk, so response times vary. Most messages get a reply within a few working days; bug reports with a clear reproduction step get answered first.
Out of scope
WeekYear can't help with general date math homework, custom software development, or disputes about your employer's fiscal calendar — though the guides may cover the underlying question.
